 Ordering
You can place an order from Crimson Co., Ltd. either
by Shopping Cart or by Fax.
When sending an order by Fax, use the attached Fax Order Form.
Payment
We accept payment by credit card only.
Please note that all the prices are listed in J.Yen
(Japanese Yen).
Shipping
We ship either by EMS (Speed Post) or Airmail.
Actual shipping charges are advised and charged.
Return policy
If the shipped item is defective or has a problem, we will take the item
back and send a replacement. Such an notice must reach us within 5 days
after arrival. However, items must be new and unopened.
※ We will let you know by return should there be no inventory.
